1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of payment confirmation.

Orders placed after 2 PM PST or on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-5 business days.

Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-3 business days.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.

Free Shipping: Available for orders over $100 within the United States.
4. Domestic Shipping
We currently ship to all 50 states within the United States. Shipping to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories may have limited options.
5. International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We are working on expanding our shipping options to include international destinations.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and carrier information. Use this information to track your shipment online.
7. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is lost, delayed, or damaged during transit, please contact us at jessica@thesunlove.com or call us at (760) 760-7046. While we are not responsible for carrier delays, we will work with you to resolve the issue.
8. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. SUN LOVE is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at jessica@thesunlove.com for assistance.
