1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only available for:

  • Items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part.

  • Items returned unused, unopened, and in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery.

  • Must have proof of receipt, no refunds without receipt. 

 


 

2. Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for the following:

  • Used, opened, or partially consumed products.

  • Products purchased during promotional sales, clearance events, or with a discount code.

  • Shipping costs, except in cases where we made an error.

 


 

3. Return Process

To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable (e.g., damaged or incorrect items).

  3. Wait for confirmation from our team before returning the item.

Note: Unauthorized returns or items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

 


 

4. Shipping for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged items).

  • For approved returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.

 


 

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • If the return is denied (e.g., due to signs of use), we will notify you, and the item will not be returned to you unless shipping is covered by the customer.

 


 

6. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you require a different product, please place a new order.

 


 

7. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will work to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or refund.
