Jessica Mortarotti
Jessica is a two-time successful entrepreneur who is currently launching her third business. In her entrepreneurial journey across a variety of businesses ranging from artisan ice cream - to infrared saunas, wellness and skincare - she has found that the best way to learn about being an entrepreneur is to hear about other people’s stories. Story of a Startup was created to tell those stories and hopefully inspire others in their entrepreneurial endeavors.
Jessica has been a guest lecturer on the topic of entrepreneurialism at UC Santa Barbara and was featured in a “trailblazers” event for female entrepreneurs by Voyage Magazine. She has been asked to be an expert panelist at a female entrepreneur’s event and has been the subject of many interviews on the topic.
Dominick Mortarotti
Dominick is an accomplished Director of Product Strategy at LPK, known for his expertise in leveraging consumer social dynamics to foster exponential growth. His career highlights include managing multimillion-dollar cloud enablement projects as part of a $25M transformation program at Slalom Consulting, Inc.
Beyond his corporate achievements, Dominick is a dedicated entrepreneur who co-founded two impactful startups. Flora Farm & Design, established on his wife Sarah Kathryn's family farm, focuses on regenerative agricultural practices to cultivate high-quality florals and produce. Additionally, SUNLOVE, pioneers innovative suncare products that promote safe sun exposure and enhance skin health.
